    All registered members and teams must complete these forms. Print it, sign it, and return it to the Event Coordinator or any event Director NLT June 18, 2025.

    • You will also need copies of Birth Certificate and Hunter Education Certification Card attached to the form.

  • The above 2 forms must be completed: Individual Registration Form and Team Information Form. Each individual fee is $45 and the Coach fee is $20.
